Data processed and purposes
Contact data voluntarily provided through the form (name, company, email, phone, message content): processed solely to reply to the request and prepare a quote where applicable.
The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Data entered in the PED calculator is processed exclusively in the user’s browser and is neither transmitted to nor stored by Isobara.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent given through the dedicated checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than [24 months] from collection, unless a contractual relationship is established.
Recipients
Form data is processed through the form-forwarding service provider [name, e.g. Formspree — to be defined], acting as data processor. No dissemination of data is foreseen.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to [privacy@isobara.example]. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority remains unaffected.
